Application of the Companies Act

Cap. 310, s. 38 · Revised Edition 2020

The provisions of the Companies Act, Cap. 250 dealing with the winding-up of companies, shall so far as applicable apply to every society, and every such society shall, for the purpose of being wound- up, be deemed to be a company within the meaning of the Companies Act, Cap. 250.
