Exemption from municipal rates and taxes

Cap. 306, s. 4 · Revised Edition 2020

Notwithstanding any Act or law in force or hereafter to be enacted, the said area referred to in section 2 of this Act and any buildings hereafter to be erected thereon shall be exempt from all municipal rates and taxes.
