Council and officers of the Institute

(1) There shall be a President, Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer of the Institute each to be elected at the annual general meeting of the Institute, in each year by a simple majority vote, and these officers together with two others elected likewise as committee members, shall form the Council (2) No person who shall have held the office of President for two consecutive years shall be eligible for election to that office following the expiration of the second of such consecutive years.
