Amalgamations

(1) Where a trade union or an employers’ organisation is desirous of amalgamating with another pursuant to section 17 of the Act, notice shall jointly be given to the Registrar by the two trade unions or employers’ organisations desirous of amalgamating and the notice shall be in Form 9 of Schedule I hereto.
