Where the Tripartite Body carries out a survey under section 27 of the Act, the following rules shall apply, namelyCAP. 304. (a) notice of the survey shall be served forty-eight hours before the survey on the trade union, the employees at their workplace and on the employer, indicating the date, time and place of the survey; (b) three members of the Tripartite Body, two of whom shall respectively be the representatives of employers and trade unions, who shall be present; (c) the identities and signatures of the employees participating in the survey shall be verified by representatives of the trade union and the employer and members of the Tripartite Body present.
