Application for Certification
Trade Unions And Employers’ Organisations (Registration, Recognition And Status) Regulations, reg. 11 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) A trade union applying to the Chairman of the Tripartite Body for certification as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for a bargaining unit under Part V sections 23(1) and 24(1) of the Act shall complete Form 12 of Schedule I hereto.

(2) The Trade Union shall serve Form 12 on the Tripartite Body and the employer.
