Membership of trade unions or employers’ organisations to be voluntary

No person shall use or seek to use any threat or intimidation, directly or indirectly, to compel, coerce or duress any other person to join or not to join, to be a member or not to be a member, to support or not to support, financially or otherwise, any trade union or employers’ organisation or any federation associated therewith.
