Saving

This Act shall be read and construed as being in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the Labour Act, International Labour Organization Conventions [CAP. 304:01 5 Cap. 297, but where there is a conflict between the provisions of this Act and the Labour Act, Cap. 297, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
