Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “ILO” means the International Labour Organisation; “ILO Conventions” means the Conventions of the ILO, the full texts of which are published from time to time by the International Labour Office; “Minister” means the Minister for the time being responsible for Labour.
