Magistrate may submit questions of law

(1) The magistrate may, if he thinks fit, in such manner as may be prescribed by rules of court, submit any question of law for the decision of the Supreme Court sitting in chambers 52 and if he does so shall decide the question in conformity with such decision. (2) For the purposes of this section the expression, “rules of court” means rules of court made by the Chief Justice under section 95 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, Cap. 91.
