Periodic payments may be redeemed by a lump sum

If a workman receiving a periodic payment ceases to reside in Belize, such periodic payments shall thereupon be redeemed by a lump sum to be determined by agreement between the parties and if the parties cannot agree, as may be determined by the court on the application of either party.
