Notice of meeting

Notice of a meeting of a Wages Council shall be deemed to be sufficiently given to a member thereof if sent by ordinary post to his usual or last known address, but the accidental omission to give notice of a meeting to, or the non-receipt of notice of a meeting by, a member shall not invalidate the proceedings at such meeting. 15
