Special provision for piece or task rate

In cases, where piece or task rate is used, the rate shall be fixed by the standard method that is achievable by and acceptable to the worker, and for this purpose, where necessary, the representatives of the employer, the employee and the Labour Department will meet to determine the appropriate piece rate.
