Notice of amalgamation

Where two or more trade unions become amalgamated, notice shall be given to the Registrar in duplicate in the Form S in the Schedule hereto, accompanied by statutory declarations from each such trade union in the Form T in the Schedule hereto, and the Registrar shall return to the amalgamated trade union one copy of the notice, endorsed with the word “registered”, and duly authenticated.
