Repealed of Pensions Ordinance
Cap. 30, s. 21 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Pensions Ordinance is hereby repealed.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall either diminish the rights acquired by any person under Pension Ordinance, Cap. 234 R.
L. 1958 repealed by this Act or affect the pensions granted to any persons who have retired before the coming into operation of this Act.
Governor- General to act on advice.
