Application

(1) A person engaged in selecting an investment for, or making a loan from, a pension fund shall not select an investment or make a loan except in a category or subcategory of investment or loan that is specifically permitted by these Regulations. (2) An administrator of a pension plan that was established before, and was in effect on, the date of commencement of these Regulations shall comply with this Part VII of these Regulations within one year of the date of commencement of these Regulations. (3) Every investment that is made by a pension fund on or after the date of commencement of these Regulations shall be in accordance with these Regulations.
