Interest on overdue contributions

Private Pensions Regulations, reg. 28 · Revised Edition 2020

An employer shall be liable to pay interest to a pension fund pursuant to section 33 of the Act at an annual rate of 10%, calculated on a weekly basis. CAP. 30:01.
