Notification of failure to contribute

(1) The pension fund custodian shall notify the administrator and the Supervisor in writing within thirty days if contributions are not made in accordance with section 31 of the Act. CAP. 30:01. (2) The administrator’s pursuant to subregulation (1) shall include an explanation of the steps taken by the administrator to recover the overdue contributions. (3) Subregulations (1) and (2) do not apply in respect of a self-employed person who participates in a financial institution
