Defined benefit plan

(1) The small benefits unlocking threshold for a defined benefit plan pursuant to section 41(1) of the Act is $2,000. plan. CAP. 30:01. (2) The small benefits unlocking threshold for a defined contribution plan pursuant to section 41(2) of the Act is $10,000. CAP. 30:01. (3) The small benefits unlocking threshold for a draw down account is the limit specified pursuant to section 42(4) of the Act. CAP. 30:01. (4) If a plan has both defined benefit and defined contribution provisions, each part of the plan will be considered separately for the purpose of unlocking.
