Financial Institution Pension Plan

(1) Each employer whose employees participate in a financial institution pension plan and each individual who participates in a financial institution pension plan shall sign a participation agreement with the administrator of the financial (2) A participation agreement shall have set out the contribution rates for the employer and the employees of the 22 Private Pensions (3) A participation agreement shall have set out the class of employees who are eligible to participate in the financial institution pension plan and whether membership is mandatory or optional for employees. (4) A participation agreement between an employer and administrator and the amendment or termination of a participation agreement shall be filed with the Supervisor as if it were an amendment to the Plan. (5) A participation agreement signed by an individual is not required to be filed with the Supervisor.
