Fees

(1) In accordance with regulations made under section 66(m) prescribing fees to be paid, there shall be paid to the Financial Secretary, by every pension plan registered under this Act, annual and any other fees prescribed and on the basis or rate indicated. (2) The fees payable under sub-section (1) together with an additional penalty if any, payable thereunder, and the fee payable under any regulations made under 66(m) shall be recovered as a debt in civil proceedings.
