Duties of Administrator

The administrator of a pension plan shall ensure that the pension plan and the pension fund are, at all times, administered in accordance with–
(a) the documents establishing the pension plan and the pension fund as approved by the Supervisor for the registration or the continued registration of the pension plan; and
(b) this Act and the regulations.
