Saving of existing subsidiary laws

All subsidiary laws made under any enactment included in the revised edition and in force at the date when such revised edition shall come into force, shall continue in force until otherwise provided, and references in any such subsidiary law to the enactment under which it is made, or to any other enactment, shall where necessary and practicable be deemed to apply to the corresponding enactment in the revised edition.
