Cumulative edition of subsidiary laws

(1) When the revised edition of the subsidiary laws has been published, the Minister may by writing under his hand direct the Law Revision Counsel to maintain a cumulative edition of such laws. 18 (2) As from the date of such appointment, the provisions of Part III relating to the annual maintenance and validity of the revised edition of the laws shall in so far as they are applicable apply mutatis mutandis and have effect for the purpose of maintaining the revised edition of the subsidiary laws and with respect to the validity thereof.
