Quorum

(1) The quorum necessary to constitute a sitting of the Tribunal shall consist of one appointed member, one member chosen to represent employers and one member chosen to represent workers. (2) In the absence of the Chairperson at any sitting of the Tribunal, one of the appointed members shall act as Chairperson.
