Composition of Tribunal

(1) The Tribunal shall consist of the following persons appointed by the Minister, that is to say, three appointed members and two other members, one of whom shall be chosen to represent employers and the other to represent workers. (2) The Minister shall appoint one of the three appointed members to be Chairperson of the Tribunal.
