Penalty

Any contravention of the provisions of section 15 of this Act shall, on summary conviction, be punishable by a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and term of imprisonment, Provided that no prosecution for such a contravention shall be instituted without the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
