Certificate

The registered medical practitioner shall sign a certificate substantially in Form E of the Schedule hereto in respect of each recruited worker examined by him and in his opinion fit to undertake the journey to the place of employment and the work which the recruited worker will be required to undertake. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Labour Officer before whom the recruited worker is brought in accordance with section 75 of the Act. Schedule. 14 Labour
