Medical examination

A licensee shall cause a worker recruited by him for employment outside Belize to be examined at the expense of the recruiter or the employer by a registered medical practitioner who shall certify as to the fitness of the recruited worker to undertake the journey to the place of employment and the work which he will be required to perform.
