Accommodation

Recruited workers travelling to the place of employment shall be provided by the employer or the licensee with suitable and sufficient accommodation to the satisfaction of the Minister of Labour, supplies of food and drinking water for use on the journey and, where circumstances require it, the necessary facilities for cooking.
