Minister to consult organisations
Labour (Advisory Board) Regulations, reg. 3 · Revised Edition 2020
Before making any appointment under paragraph (a) or
(b) of regulation 2, the Minister shall consult any organisation appearing to him to represent employers or, as the case may be,
employees concerned.
