Fees

The fees to be paid for the registration of a factory shall be as follows– (a) for the inspection of a steam boiler when such inspection is undertaken by a competent person not in the employ of the owner of the steam boiler– (i) of a steam boiler of 10h.p or less $5.00 (ii) of a steam boiler exceeding 10 h.p. but not exceeding 50 h.p. $10.00 (iii) of a steam boiler exceeding 50 h.p. $15.00 (b) for the first or any renewal of registration of a factory which normally employs– (i) less than 10 workers $1.00 (ii) 10 workers or more up to and including 24 workers $2.00 (iii) 25 workers or over $5.00 Factories 37
