Working dangerous machines

(1) No worker shall be allowed to work at any dangerous machine unless such worker has been fully instructed as to the dangers arising in connection with the machine and the precautions to be observed. (2) This regulation applies to such machines as may be prescribed by the Chief Factory Inspector as being machines which in his opinion are of a dangerous character.
