Supervision

In all places to which these Regulations apply a person shall be appointed to exercise supervision of the works, machinery and plant, for the purpose of ensuring safety. It shall be the duty of the person so appointed to see that all safeguards and other safety appliances are maintained in proper order and position and to investigate accidents. Nothing in this regulation shall relieve the owner, manager or person having control of the factory of his duties under these Regulations.
