Examination of boiler

Every steam boiler and all its fittings and attachments shall be thoroughly examined by a competent person at least once in every period of fourteen months, and also after extensive repairs. A report of the result of every such examination in the Form A in the First Schedule to these Regulations containing the necessary particulars and signed by the person making the examination shall, within twenty-eight days, be available for inspection at the factory.
