Certificate to be exhibited

The owner, manager or other person having control of any factory registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall cause the last issued certificate of registration pursuant to section 8 or 10 or 14 of this Act, to be at all times exhibited in a conspicuous place in the factory in respect of which such certificate is issued.
