Returns

(1) The owner, manager or other person having control of any factory registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall make an annual return on such date and in such form as may be specified by the Chief Factory Inspector, and in such return shall set forth any alterations in, or additions to, the premises of the factory or the processes carried on therein, or any changes in the identity of the persons owning or having the management or control thereof, since the last registration of such factory or the making of the last preceding annual return in respect thereof. (2) Within fourteen days of the receipt of any return pursuant to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, the Chief Factory Inspector shall cause any necessary amendments to be made to the register and to the certificate of registration of the factory in respect of which such return is made.
