Technical audit

In carrying out a technical audit of any activity or operation relating to a particular product or process with which the standard mark is associated, an Inspector of the Bureau may examine– (a) raw materials; (b) the process and the manner of control; (c) the intermediate products, if any; (d) the scheme of inspection and testing; (e) testing equipment or facilities; (f) equipment, maintenance and calibration; (g) records relating to products sold or exported; (h) records of testing results; and (i) records of raw materials purchased.
