Standards (Preparation And Declaration) Regulations, reg. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requiresCAP. 295.
(a) “Act” means the Standards Act;
(b) A word or a phrase not specifically defined in these Regulations but defined in the Act shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Act.
