Designation of test equipment
Cap. 295, s. 14 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Bureau may designate or revoke the designation of test equipment for the purpose of measuring, comparing, or testing the characteristics of any goods or process.
(2) The Bureau shall publish in the Gazette an Order of the designation or revocation of designation of test equipment.
