Use of Quality Assurance Mark

(1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bureau, prescribe a Belize Quality Assurance Mark, the property of which shall vest in the Bureau, and which shall be used in relation to goods, services, processes or practices to distinguish those which are produced or operated in accordance with a quality assurance system approved by the (2) Application, assessment, and approval of a licence to use the Belize Quality Assurance Mark, shall be in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Bureau, including the payment of fees.
