Use of Standard Mark

(1) A person desiring to use the Standard Mark in connection with any goods, service, process or practice shall make application to the Bureau in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Bureau may, if satisfied that the goods, service, process or practice conforms to a standard, grant a licence to the applicant to use the Standard Mark upon such terms and conditions, including the payment of a fee, as may be prescribed.
