Standard Mark

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bureau, prescribe a standard mark, which shall be called the Belize Standard Mark, the property of which shall vest in the 13 Bureau and which shall be used in relation to goods, services, processes and practices to distinguish those which conform to a standard from those which do not.
