Maximum permissible error

(1) The maximum permissible error ola weighing instrument at initial verification is as given in Table 5 of the Third Schedule.

12 National Metrology
(2) The maximum permissible error of a weighing instrument at in-service verification shall be twice the maximum permissible error on initial verification.
