National Metrology (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Regulations, reg. 18 · Revised Edition 2020
A person who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
