Prima facie evidence of certificate of Director of Chief Inspector

A certificate, purporting to be issued by the Director or the Chief Weights and Measures inspector, regarding the condition of any examined weight, measure or weighing or measuring instrument shall, without further proof be admissible in evidence in any court of competent jurisdiction and shall be prima facie proof of the facts stated therein.
