Breach by Inspector

Any Inspector who commits a breach of any provision of Part VI, or of any Regulations relating to the examination, verification or stamping of weights or measures or weighing or measuring instrument is guilty of an offence and shall, on summary conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
