Deceptive packaging

Any person who supplies, sells or exposes for sale any goods in a container or pre-package which is so made, formed or filled as to be misleading as to the nature, weight or capacity of the contents, shall be guilty of an offence and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
