Sale of unstamped weights and measures

Any person who sells or exposes for sale any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which has not been stamped by an Inspector with the prescribed mark of verification shall be guilty of an offence and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand 26 dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment. Use and
