Use of unmarked weights and measures

Any person who uses for any trade or have in his possession for use in any trade, any weight or measure which is unmarked with its denomination shall be guilty of an offence and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
